D-Series Concrete Products Machine

The D-Series of concrete products machines is TIGER’S intermediate capacity series. These machines are built to Japanese high quality standards and are durable, reliable and economical. This series of machines include the models D-3, D-4, D-5 & D-6. The D-3 being the smallest (3 at-a-time – 20 cm/8” block) and the D6 being the largest (6 at-a-time – 20 cm/8” block) The D Series sets the stage for machines capable of doing what many other machines in the market can not, and doing it for less money.

The TIGER D Series of machines are one level up from the TIGER L & M Series. They are ruggedly constructed, with much more technical sophistication yet they are relatively simple to operate. Their unique design makes their operation, maintenance and repair simple and easy. The D Series are ideal replacement for obsolete more expensive competitive machines of similar size.

The D Series is a great group of machines to get started with in the concrete masonry products industry, and are more productive than many competitive models. This series of machines use medium hydraulic pressures for safety.

The D Series rely on a proven “mold vibration” design with a QUADRUPLE-VIBRATORS (one on each corner) synchronized to a simple pair of counter-rotating vibrator shafts that have counterweights to create the vibro-compacting force.

Each machine has specially sized vibration systems, unique to each machine model and size. The QUAD-VIBRATOR design provides more uniform wave amplitude in the vibration allowing for more dense and homogeneous products. Unlike competitive models, the D-3 & D-4 Series machines are available (optional & extra cost) with a Programmable Vibration System. This allows the operator to set the vibration forced required for each specific concrete products manufactured in the machine. (code named D-3V and D-4V).

In the D Series of machines the change of a mold does not require the effort required in competitive equipment. Its unique mold change format saves time, and allows multiple mold changes per shift if required to make a variety of products. The model D Series machines are very versatile machines in their class and are capable to be installed with the largest variety of handling systems in the market for their size and production capacities.
