PS-Series Concrete Products Machines

The PS Series of concrete products machines is TIGER’S largest paver producing line of machines. The PS Series of paving machines are the most practical paver makers in the industry. They are offered for high production of paving stones units from as low as 30 mm and up to 150 mm in height. It is designed from the onset as a paver “board-style machine” there are no compromises or shortcuts in their design and effectiveness when making quality concrete pavers. They are truly “paver makers” and the products made from them meet the most rigorous product quality standards in the industry.

The PS Series are the most durable, reliable and consistent producers in the paving stone market, yet they are incredibly easy to operate and maintain. Similar to our own TG Series of masonry producing machines, one more feature of these machines is their automatic mold change system. This system is capable of making product mold changes in less than five (5) minutes for most products of the same type and height, and approximately 15 to 20 minutes for products of completely different height, size and configuration including height pins and cut-off plate change. Some molds can be changed in as little as three (3) minutes.

This Series of machines includes the models PS-50, PS-70 and the PS-100. The PS-50 is the smallest machine with a production surface area per pallet of 0.627 square meters (6.83 sq. feet). The PS-70 is the intermediate size machine with a production surface area per pallet of 0.814 square meters (8.865 sq. feet) and the PS-100 being the largest with a production surface area per pallet of 1.298 square meters (14.135 sq. feet) both capable of making many concrete products of the outmost quality and density,

The PS Series use medium hydraulic pressure for easy repair, lower costs components and safe operation. Also the PS Series can store multiple production operating configuration parameters in its PLC memory. They utilize a friendly touchscreen graphic operator interface. The control panel software has also electrical and system troubleshooting sub-routines, error history, automatic feed production reports and many other time saving and record keeping features. It is available with a movable face-feed drawer option for the manufacture of dual layer products that is intrinsically designed with the machine from its inception as part of it, and not as an after-thought.
